Grief is a process we go through when suffering a loss. There are many emotions we tend to feel during this process and it’s helpful to understand them and realize what we are feeling is natural, although painful. The only way to deal with grief, is to go through it. The saying goes, “Time heals all wounds.” Well, that’s not true when it comes to the loss of a child. Time only gives us ways to learn how to cope with our grief. It will always be there. We will always feel that emptiness inside. But you will find peace again with time.
